It can be used alone or in combination with other substrates.
They have a high barrier to ultraviolet light, outstanding dimensional stability and excellent mechanical properties.
TRANSPARENTS
DESCRIPTION
Transparent polypropylene films, used in all application segments produced by Vitopel Argentina.
These films can be either one side treated, both or neither.
Transparent BOPP Films might be used without combination with any other substrate for overwrapping applications; or they can be used with inks, adhesives and/or laminations with BOPP films or other types of substrates.
They can be heat-sealable on one side or on both sides, and on some occasions, they are non-sealable materials.
These types of films have a wide sealing range as well as very good sealing integrity. Other characteristics are good level of barrier against both.
MATT

OPAQUE
DESCRIPTION
Cavitated Bioriented Polypropylene Films, suitable for use in the food industry to produce wrappers for ice cream, chocolates, bottle labels, among others.
They can also be used in non-food applications, such as self-adhesive labels, injection-molded and blown labels, among others. The main feature of this film is the presence of microcavities—very small voids—formed during the manufacturing process.
The purpose of cavitated BOPP is to maintain the required standards of opacity, mechanical strength, and printability for each packaging application, while reducing the grammage and overall weight of the film.
