TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE
The monomaterial structure of our Vitopol films makes them recyclable, sustainable, and/or suitable for co-processing.
At Vitopel Argentina, the scrap from these recyclable films is reprocessed in our pelletizing systems and transformed into new materials that can be reintegrated into the production cycle as packaging components or repurposed for alternative uses, actively contributing to the circular economy.
SUSTAINABLE ACTIONS
Sustainability is a core value at Vitopel Argentina, representing both a commitment to reducing environmental impact and a key competitive advantage.
We have progressed 25% in the development of a renewable energy generation park installation project.
We are working towards the vision of becoming carbon neutral by 2050.
Through waste management initiatives, we achieved our goal of zero landfill disposal.
We are committed to the “Operation Clean Sweep” initiative by participating in the “Zero Pellet Loss” program.
Together with one of our strategic partners, we developed a film composed of 95% recycled raw material derived from our own production scrap, within the framework of a post-industrial circular economy initiative.
As part of our environmental impact mitigation efforts, we carry out reforestation with native species in partnership with regional municipalities and educational institutions.
ECONOMIA CIRCULAR
When properly managed, our films are fully recyclable and/or reusable, enabling their transformation into new products and promoting responsible consumption and disposal.
