TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE
The monomaterial structure of our "Vitopol" films makes them recyclable, sustainable, and/or co-processable
products.
At Vitopel Argentina, the scrap from these films, in line with their recyclability, is reprocessed in our pelletizers,
transforming them into new products that can be reintegrated into the production cycle as packaging materials or
reused for other purposes, contributing to the circular economy.
SUSTAINABLE ACTIONS
Sustainability is a core value for Vitopel Argentina, with a focus on reducing environmental impact and gaining a competitive advantage..
We have progressed 25% in the project for the installation of a renewable energy generation park.
We work with the vision of becoming carbon neutral by the year 2050.
Through waste management actions, we have achieved the goal of zero waste to landfill.
We adhere to "Operation Clean Sweep" through the "Zero Pellet Loss" program.
In a strategic alliance with one of our clients, we developed a film in which 95% of the raw material comes from the recycling of our scrap, as part of a post-industrial circular economy project.
We mitigate environmental impacts by reforesting with native species in collaboration with municipalities and educational institutions in the region.
ECONOMIA CIRCULAR
Our films, when properly managed, can be fully recycled and/or reused to be transformed into new products, thus contributing to conscious consumption and waste reduction.
