Last Wednesday, May 17, Vitopel Argentina was present at the 5th National Recycling Day, organized by the Córdoba Chamber of Plastic Industries together with the 21st Century University and with the contribution of the Competitiveness Fund of the Agency for Economic Development of the city of Córdoba (ADEC).
This edition, called "New circular challenges for the world of plastics", brought together experts from all sectors, nationally and internationally, to update the state of the plastics industry and its value chain. Different realities and problems of recycling were addressed, as well as the importance, in environmental matters, of transforming waste into raw material for new processes.
As a general message of the event, all the exhibitors agreed that recycling is a fundamental part of the circular economy and that sustainability commitments aim to increase the use of post-consumer recycled material.
